Payment, Pricing, and Promotions

MissionTotalSupply.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover (Issued in United States) and PayPal payments.

According to California, Washington, and South Carolina state laws, orders shipped to the aforementioned states are subject to sales tax. Rates are subject to change without notice. Any and all tax fees will be reflected at check-out. If you are ordering from a state not listed above and a sales tax appears on your order, please verify your shipping destination and make any necessary changes before completing your order.

Please note that all forms of payment submitted are subject to review and verification. Any order over the amount of $300 with unconfirmed or unverified payer status or partially confirmed billing address is subject to further verification by our customer service department. If a customer has failed to respond within one (1) business day, the order will be cancelled. If an order is placed with the wrong security code or no address verification, the order will be immediately canceled. In the event that LollicupStore.com suspects unauthorized fraud or illegal activity, the order will be canceled.

Promotional sales are announced through email blasts from marketing@MissionTotalSupply.com. To ensure you receive our email blasts, please add marketing@MissionTotalSupply.com to your address book. When taking advantage of a promotion, please take special note of both the item descriptions and the quantity before submitting, as some promotions are restricted to certain items and/or quantities. Please read carefully the Terms and Conditions included in the email blasts for restrictions such as promotion dates. We are unable to apply special discounts to items ordered before or after the dates of a promotional offer. To subscribe to our emails please sign-up using the form at the bottom of the page.

 

Processing, Shipping, and Delivery

Once an order has been placed, the normal processing time is 1-3 business days (24-72 hours), unless there are issues with the order. Please view Issues with an Order for more information. Most orders received by 12:00 pm PST will be shipped the next business day. Orders received during the weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or placed before, on, or immediately following a holiday will be processed on the next available business day. Shipping carriers do not offer weekend deliveries and shipping estimates are based on business days.

All equipment orders (blenders, coffee machines, etc.) must and will only be shipped to the credit card billing address.

MissionTotalSupply.com is not responsible for any items that become damaged due to the sensitivity of containers. These items include, but are not limited, to the following: Popping Pearls and Jellies. Items in damage-sensitive containers cannot be refunded once shipped. However, if you receive a damaged item, please fill out the claims form and a Customer Service Representative will contact you within 3 business days regarding your case, assuming all appropriate information is completed. Please be prepared to provide photo evidence of all damaged products as well as packaging.

Once your order has been fulfilled, a shipment confirmation, including your tracking information, will be sent to the email address provided during check-out. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for any special processing/shipping requests (rush order, special delivery arrangements, pallets, etc.) that may apply. In such cases, our E-Commerce Department will contact you for approval.

MissionTotalSupply.com ships via FedEx Ground, unless our team determines a commercial trucking company will be more cost efficient for your shipment. The delivery rate shown at the time of check-out is strictly limited to the 48 contiguous states and subject to change without notice. At this moment, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, military bases, APO, and any areas outside the contiguous U.S.A. such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and internationally.

Please note that FedEx may simply leave your package at the front door. MissionTotalSupply.com is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or weather damaged merchandise (such as frozen or broken bottles due to extreme weather conditions, etc.). To require a signature at time of delivery, a $6.00 additional fee will be applied after check-out (rates are subject to change without notice). If you require a signature for your shipment, please email us at support@MissionTotalSupply.com with your order number and confirm that you require the signature required option and are willing to pay the $6.00 fee.

 

Issues with an Order

If you wish to cancel an order, please immediately reply to your order confirmation email stating you wish to cancel the order. If it has been more than 4 business hours, contact our E-Commerce Department at (626) 965-8882 or (800) 857-1988 with the following information:

  • Full Customer Name
  • Phone Number
  • Order Number
  • Item Numbers
  • Order Quantities

Please note, if your order has shipped prior to cancellation, it will be considered a fulfilled order and cannot be cancelled.

If your order is delayed for any reason, an email notification will be sent to you immediately. We will hold the order up to 5 business days. Failure to respond to our attempts to contact you will result in order cancellation. If an item is back ordered, we will notify you and ask if you wish to wait for the product to be in stock again. If you do not wish to wait, we will refund the item and shipping charges for said item. If an item is out of stock, you will be immediately notified and refunded for the item and the shipping costs for said item. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for all refunds.

 

Returns and Issues with a Product

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA No.). In order to qualify for a RMA No., the merchandise must be unopened and returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. The returned merchandise must be in good condition, properly sealed, and in its original packaging.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to ALL returns. Shipping & Handling charges will not be refunded and MissionTotalSupply.com is not responsible for any Shipping & Handling fees incurred when returning items. Once an RMA No. has been issued, the merchandise must be received in our offices within 14 days. MissionTotalSupply.com reserves the right to refuse any returns not following protocol.

If requesting a return on a damaged item, a claim must be filed within 7 days of shipment arrival. For more information please see Issues with Shipment. The remaining return balance will be posted to your credit card or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days once the return has been processed.

 

Issues with a Shipment

The tracking number included in your order fulfillment email will inform you of your shipment’s Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA). If a shipment has not been received within 72 hours past the ETA, please fill out the Shipping Issues form loacted here about your missing shipment. An investigation will be conducted to determine its cause and a solution will be provided within 3 business days.

For any damaged shipments caused by carrier (FedEx or trucking) mishandling, a claim must be filed within 48 hours of shipment arrival. However, it is best to refuse the shipment from FedEx if you notice the package is damaged. If you recieve a damaged shipment, please fill out the Shipping Issues form loacted here and be prepared to describe and show damages of the shipment and products.

Damage shipment claims are subject to further investigation before any refund or replacement is granted. MissionTotalSupply.com is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or weather damaged merchandise (such as frozen or broken bottles due to extreme weather conditions, etc.). Investigations may take up to 10 business days.MissionTotalSupply.com will submit the claim to the carrier. Once the carrier verifies the damage, our team will contact you and either issue a replacement or credit to your account. Please allow 7-14 business days to process the replacement or credit.

MissionTotalSupply.com will only cover FedEx Ground shipping costs for replacements. If your shipment requires other shipping options (expediated shipping, signature at delivery required, or any special delivery arrangements), additional charges may apply. A carrier will typically make three attempts to deliver a shipment. If the carrier cannot deliver the shipment after several attempts, the shipment will be returned to our offices. Under such circumstances, you will be responsible for additional Shipping and Handling fees for reshipment. Shipping and Handling costs cannot be refunded. MissionTotalSupply.com is also not responsible for any weather related damage caused during transit or delivery.
